"The hotel was great and the staff was friendly, the restaurant food was very good and there are different types everyday and tgere is station even for children but the only issue that the room wasn't like the picture even the building they were very old and antique and we faced some problems even we were trapped in the elevator for about 40 mins as it was very old until they fixed it but we will visit again next year i tgink but we will insist to stay in the new building"

"A clean and cozy place. The first night I slept in a shared dorm bed. They have curtains, power outlets, and a basket for personal items. The shared bathroom has 4 showers and toilets. It's spacious and very clean. There's shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. They provide towels. Another night I slept in a private room with a shared bathroom, and another night in a private room with a private bathroom. The room is spacious with a large bed. The breakfast they serve is plentiful and very good. On the 6th floor, there's another hostel from the same company with a nice rooftop that has tables and a pool table, and you have access to it. They have a washing machine you can use; 5 items for $1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We used Uber to go to the airport. We had heard they charged extra to enter the airport, but that wasn't the case. We paid 130 Egyptian pounds for the ride (not even €3)."

"property, but service and logistics need improvement I have mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the hotel is new and very well-designed. The restaurant is spacious with great indoor and outdoor seating, and the breakfast was decent. The beach is stunning—very quiet with crystal clear water—but be careful entering the sea as there are many rocks at the shoreline. However, there are several drawbacks: Service: The staff seems very inexperienced. We were charged to upgrade from a single to a double room even though the website listed them at the same price. At breakfast, we had to ask for coffee multiple times before it actually arrived. Facilities: Surprisingly, the main pool is not heated, and there is no elevator, which is worth noting if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Location: You are quite isolated here. You definitely need a car or a shuttle to get anywhere. Overall, it’s a nice physical space, but the management needs to better train the staff to match the "new" feel of the resort."

I couldn't get rid of them there & even after I left!! They ruined my vacation trying to exploit me at every step and asking for money after every breath! Now I can't even relax and forget, because of the random numbers that keep calling/messaging me in all hours of night and day!!!"

The only drawbacks are the lack of other facilities and activities within the complex besides the swimming pool. The pool water wasn't sufficiently heated in winter. Also, the hotel is a 12-minute drive from El Gouna city center, and waiting for a tuk-tuk can be quite time-consuming. If I were to choose again, I would prefer to stay in El Gouna city center."
